providing BIM services for a variety of projects across
the country. We’ve worked on large, complex
projects, delivering detailed and coordinated BIM
models to ensure smooth and efficient construction
processes.
Project 1: Orlando International Airport South
Terminal C

• Period of Performance: January 2019 – Present
On the South Terminal C Phase 1 project, we were responsible for converting and coordinating
files into MicroStation format. This was a key part of making sure all project models were
compatible with the overall design and construction process. Our team worked through different
Levels of Development (LOD) from 200 to 400, providing accurate and fully integrated models
for all skylight systems and related components.
We also brought in virtual reality (VR) modeling to help visualize the project. Using Halo 3
smart glasses with Trimble technology, we allowed the team to explore the project virtually,
helping to spot potential issues early and improve collaboration. This hands-on approach ensured
the models met industry standards and were ready for construction without delays.

This project highlights our ability to take on complex BIM tasks, including MicroStation
conversions, while ensuring accuracy and alignment with the project’s needs. Our experience
working on projects nationwide has given us the flexibility and skills to handle diverse
challenges and deliver quality results.
